Staying at Gasthof Roessle felt like stepping into a charming, old property. The owners made me feel right at home. My Single Room surpassed expectations with its spacious layout. It featured a bedroom alongside a cozy living area—ideal for working, thanks to the stable internet connection. The bathroom? Huge, with a very comfortable shower. Breakfast delighted me, offering a fantastic variety catering to dietary needs. One downside was the lift access. it’s quite small and can be inconvenient if you have heavy bags. the shower and toilet were slightly elevated compared to the bathroom floor, which took a moment to adjust to. Still, I would definitely return because of the warm hospitality and wonderful meals.

The rooms are as advertised. the Single Room was spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler—definitely more room than I expected. The tasty breakfast got my day off to a solid start, with plenty of options to satisfy various appetites.
For a short stay, I noticed the limited storage space in the room could be a hassle for anyone unpacking, and the internet was a bit flaky at times. while the ambiance is generally nice, the overall decor felt a little dated and could use a refresh. It’s not a dealbreaker, but certainly a point to consider if you’re after a more modern vibe.
